A Non-invasive Liquid Measuring Device for the Blind

What it will do:
In the spirit of creating some technology that will actually make life easier for someone
I decided to make a device that would allow blind people pour liquids into cups without
having to get thier hands dirty or burn themselves.

I want the device to be non invasive, meaning that the person will not have to insert anything
into the cup that would require cleanup. They should just place the cup on the device and begin
pouring. The device should determine the size of the cup on its own. Once the cup is full there
should be audible indicator that the user needs to stop pouring.
