3D Regular Dodecahedron (mold)

The plan is to use the Moldela mini-mill to construct a mold from which I could construct a Dodecahedron.  The object consists of 2 parts: (1) the faces composed of a plaster-like material and (2) the joints made of a flexible poly-urethane.

This is one face.  All twelve are identical.  The shape would be split into two sides of 6 faces.  The joints on each of the 6 faces would be glued while the joints holding the two halves together would be left free allowing the two sides to be repeatably attached and detached.

Flexible joint.

Here is the final construction showing the joints fitting with the faces.
