Make a set of laser cut components which can be assembled into different forms.
My Design:
- Reconfigurable storage solutions
- Multiple panels and corner components, which can be assembled into many fun storage form factors.
Notes:
- Cardboard is 0.150 inch Thick.
- Cutting slots to 0.145 inch width and lasering on center provides great feeling press fit.
- Putting a small chamfer on the edges of interlocking components helps to prevent unwanted assembly interferences.
