Composite Chair

I attempted to make a "one sheet" chair.

1. I milled a wooden form
2. covered it with paper
3. filled it with expanding foam
4. layed up fiber glass and epoxy
5. vacuum bagged it

The chair does not seem to be strong enough to sit on for a variety of reasons:

1. The fiber glass was too heavy to conform and stick easily to the chair and not intended for structures.
2. I could not get sufficient vacuum pressure
3. I didn't have enough epoxy
