I had unrealistic expectations (it turns out) of creating a flex diffuser that triggered a capacitive sensor (the step response). For my final project I want to have a piece that reacts differently to different physical configurations. I did not get this far. I did not get close. |
SAD REALITY

In the end I struggled very hard deciding what coding environment to use. I finally settle on processsing, but had a lot of trouble getting the serial to work with the data the sensor was sending. |

I I eventually got something to work with this code that I got as a reference from processing.org and then added a few lines of code. |
Here is the final interface for today. I intend to push this further in the next few days. (update next week). |
