I made a 67-piece 54-inch model of a human body (male) using the stacked slices construction technique, foam and 123DMake.

Lessons Learned

1. Direction of showboat axes are counter-intuitive
2. Keep enough margin for putting screws.
3. Keep adequate space between the parts.
3. Use a finer tool (1/8'') for etching the numbers.
