0. Rebuild traditional earth ramming formwork

1. Draw in Rhino -> Save as dwg file -> Run 120 Epilog -> material 1/8" Acrylic (testing result - power 85 - speed 5)

2. Joint testing

a. O shape press-fit joint (0.005" tolerance) -> good fit

b. O shape press-fit joint (0.005" tolerance) x 2 -> NOT FIT!

b. L shape press-fit lock joint (0.005" tolerance) -> fit

d. L shape press-fit lock joint (0.005" tolerance) x 2 -> fit

3. Simulation of Traditional Rammed-earth Formwork

Using L shape press-fit lock joint (0.005" tolerance) -> good fit

Notes

Acrylic in Lasercut is not performed constantly the same cut-out profile. Tolerance can in various to 0.005'', which a single press-fit joint does not work evenly good. Thus a development of lock joint help on resolve the shortage.
