Final Project Proposal

I’ve been thinking long and hard about what I’d like to make for a final project. I started jotting down ideas, until I came with one that seemed like tons of fun - Project DiMotor. DiMotor is essentially my version an electric (possibly remote-controlled) DiWheel.

This assignment gave me the perfect opportunity to sit down and learn different 3D modeling tools. After a quick experiment with Blender, I reached the well-known conclusion that a CAD tool would be better for modeling relations and an actual realistic model.

Later on I moved to SolidWorks. While the model is still crude and far from being the actual project, it taught me a lot, and it gives a rough estimation of what's yet to come :).
