PRESS-FIT PROJECT: Risky Coaster
In an attempt to model a scaled down press-fit chess table I'm making as a wedding present for my newly
engaged friends, I accidentally made a challenging coaster. Perhaps it can be used as a replacement for a
breathalizer. Instead of blowing into a tube, you simply use this elevated coaster all night, and the first
time you knock your cup over, you've officially had enough!
Sans cup.
Always good to check yo self.
If you're interested, here's the inkscape of the pieces. Tricky tricky getting that gap width right. Many
small tester pieces were sacrificed in the making of this frustratingly small drink stand.
There was a great deal of "union" and "difference" and "clone" commands used in the making of this
sketch.
