This week's project was a bit easier than last week's. I learned soldering when I was really young. I did a program called "science kid kit box" in Korea when I was in 5th grade. We played around with registers, transistors and switches.
I had trouble using the fab modoule. Instead of typing o, I accidentally typed 0. Rob and I spent about twenty minutes trying to find what the problem was. So, for future reference, be sure to read the instruction carefully. Yeah, I should have listened to my mother.
I also had trouble soldering a USB connector. The keypoint that I learned from the soldering is that you need to have the four legs soldered evenly. I had one of the legs soldered higher, so when I tried to solder the connecting area with small legs in between the big legs I wasn't able to make a clean soldering.
It was good to have all the parts stick to the double sided tape since all the parts are very small. It is very difficult to arrange things had I not had these tapes.
