INPUT DEVICES

This weeks assignment was to make a circuit board with a sensor input. I decided to make a sound in sensor board. I followed Neil’s hello.mic.45 board example. boards

Stuffing: after my board was milled I soldered all my components. To save time I gathered all the pieces I would need and taped them to a piece a paper with labels. boards

Programming: I first checked my board to make sure everything was getting power. I used Neil’s python program, and I also attempted a few example programs in Arduino. I had a few successes, but more failures than I hoped. I used an amp board I purchased from Adafruit to do some further experimenting, and I think for next week’s output assignment I will mill my own amp board and also work on writing my own program.
