This week, we broke off into teams and worked on building a snap-together machine. I was on the electronics team and worked on milling and stuffing (4 components) a component of the machine which routes power and signal. The assignment was great, but I didn’t do as much as I wanted to do because I didn’t coordinate with my section (im CBA, most of everyone else was EECS). I learned a lot more about project management, namely, it’s important to have people who are responsible for the overall integration of the project instead of a divide and conquer strategy.
