Fab Tiny ISP Programmer
week 3 (09/19 - 09/26): electronics production

{machine: Roland MDX SRM-20}

Making the Board

This week I used the SRM-20 milling machine to mill a USB tiny programmer. The board has already been designed and the design files can be found here. To make the board, we need 2 black 'n' white png files: a) one for cutting the traces and one for cutting the outline.

Stuffing the Board

I quickly stuffed the board starting with the mcu. Then, I soldered all the passive components (resistors, capacitors, zener diodes, LEDs) and then the 3X2 header connector. Lastly, I filled the USB traces with equal amount of solder everywhere.
