I found a way to reduce human errors. Sometimes I make mastakes that I mill a board with mismatched PNG files. |

I make them overlap and set them as different brightness, then I utilize the threshold on the mods interface. Conseequently, I just need one single file to mill traces and outline. |

I found the fact that conventional design PCB brings about some unnecessary waste. Therefore, I developed a method in grasshopper to reduce the waste of copper, improve the conductivity, and speed up the process. |
