Ingredients:
Eggs (a reasonable batch of dough takes ~3)
Flour
Instructions:
Break eggs into a large bowl and mix lightly (can be done with your fingers). Add enough flour and mix until a dough forms. Keep adding flour and kneading lightly until the dough stops absorbing flour. It will have an elastic texture.
For FoodFab, the pasta is now ready to use. For cooking use, roll out the dough very thinly and cut it into pieces. Boil in water until its tender, then serve and enjoy!
