Notes:
1) to cut fine detail, try setting the force down to 10 but run your job from the same origin several times.
2) once the board is weeded and mounted on the acrylic, use the soldering iron on critical parts without solder as this will slightly melt the acrylic to make your traces more durable in these locations.
3) important! use plenty of hot glue around MTA connectors
