Op-Amps
OPA340 3.3V supply, rail-to-rail input and output
LT1792 very low current and voltage noise
OPA129 lowest bias current (100fA), but low bandwidth
LTC1150 chopper stablized opamp, no ext. clock, pin for pin replacement for 8pin single package opamps
TL082 General purpose, cheap, old favourite
AD712 General purpose with an order of magnitude improvement, on most of the TL082 specs. Actually pretty pricy part, I'm sure there are cheaper equivalents from TI or Linear. Old Favourite.
Linear has come out with a couple really nice switched cap
filters that really cuts down on the design time:
LTC1564 Tunable low pass filter 10kHz to 150kHz in steps of 10kHz, 8 pole roll-off, programmable 1-16 gain, 3-10V operation.
LTC1062 parallel 5-pole tunable low pass filter. Absolutely Zero DC error because the input and output is connected
directly with a wire and the filter damps out the high frequencies.
National Semiconductor's LMC6484 op amp. It has CMOS input, rail-to-rail output, and a huge gain-BW product.
It's definitely not cheap -- nearly $2-3 a pop, but it's a great prototyping op amp.
LMV324 - (Used on Badges) Low-power, low-voltage, (0 To 3V supply on the badge, goes lower), and decent noise specs for audio.
I wouldn't use it for anything other than audio apps in 3V applications, but for that it is a perfect fit.
MAX4481 (also was a candidate for badge audio circuit) which is really low power, 45 uA per amp.
It is Rail-to-rail and has 0.005% THD.
National makes the LMV751, which has great voltage and current noise,
low bias current, rail-to-rail, however only works to 5.5V.
For a BiFET op amp, the Analog Devices AD713 is a good choice.

I like this one because I built a lot of audio filter effects with the TL074s and this is a drop-in replacement
with higher performance and cleaner specs.
