Stratasys FDM 2000 Printer:

+ resolution ~0.010"
+ prints ABS plastic
+ ~10 times slower than the z-corp printer
+ save files as .stl (no color)
Z-Corp Z406 Printer:

+ resolution ~0.004"
+ prints plaster and CMY color
+ save files as .stl (color) or .wrl (VRML2.0)
+ import .wrl in ZPrint (might need to invert normals)


+ automated leveling:
build ~1cm below surface

+ [3dprint], check for supplies, [ok]
+ wax the printed object to strenghten it
