In his HBO comedy special, "My Favorite Shapes", Julio Torres introduces us to his favorite shapes via an industrial conveyor belt.

The special is truly unique in its presentation : one screen focuses on Julio sitting framed by his highly designed set while the other focuses on the objects as they are gently let off the conveyor belt. Though the conveyor belt was born for utilitarian reasons - moving material, products, etc from one place to another - here it is used to display object. In a way, it is still serving a utilitarian purpose, but this purpose is no longer linked to production.

Taking inspiration from Julio's special, I am interested in designing and making a circular conveyor belt that truly has no use except moving object in circulatory fashion :
