Profiling of the Clank
Thanks to Jake for designing this kit and making tutorial video
1. First, trying to make one demo PCB from the tutorial to test the system
2. It's a success!
3. Make a CNC Gauge with Illustrator, 0.02mm to 0.80mm with 0.04mm increment.
4. The result is very good, engrave bits is as good as 1/64" milling bits. Actually even better, as the tip has even a smaller diameter.
5. The thinnest wire is about 0.3 mm

8. Traces with V-bit (tip filed flat), cut out with 1/32" milling bit
