Printing a PCB

This week we fabricated PCBs with a PCB mill. I printed and assembled an in-circuit programmer.

Designing a PCB

In addition to cutting the class project for this week, I learned Eagle and designed a custom PCB.

I exported the images and used Photoshop's Replace Color tool to separate the image into two files: traces and interior.

Some of my settings were too small for the machine, so the traces were incomplete in my tests. Back to the design board for next week!
