This week's project was supposed to be done as the walls for my vending machine, but I did not find a suitable metal sheet big enough, so I thought I'd do something smaller instead: a book end!
I started on Rhino:
To prepare this cut file for the printer, I exported it to .dxf and opened it on the Fab light software. You always have to make sure the inner cuts happen before the outer ones. You also need to tab everything!
Then, I punched out all the holes.
After that, I used the edge of the table to bend it, but it turned out wonky.
I used pliers to straighten it as much as I could, et voilĂ !
