Training Session #1
- Time
- People
- Miranda, Ceci, Rui, Ben, Charlie, Awu
- Went over the manuals covering design and fabrication processes
- Dan demonstrated the full process by drawing a rectangle in fusion and then milling it out
- Discussed important safety considerations
- We made a file for testing tolerance, using 45mm tabs. We had 5 holes with +-0.1mm and +-0.2mm. We then made the tabs with +-0.1 and -0.2mm.
- We found that using 45mm in the tab and +0.1 mm in the holes provided the best fit.
