Ben Weiss is a Mechatronics Engineer specializing in the development of novel robotic systems for climate resilience and research. He is a first year in the MAS program studying under Joseph Paradiso in the Responsive Environments group. Previously, he worked as a Marine Robotics Engineer at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) where he developed robotic tools for oceanographic research.
His areas of interest include: technological climate solutions, robotics, soil ecology, renewables agriculture and oceanography.
