Hello! My name is Carlotta Barone-MacDonald, and I’m a second-year master’s student in the Technology and Policy Program at MIT. I did my undergraduate degree in mathematics and physics at École Polytechnique in France before coming to MIT. I’ve always enjoyed combining technical work with creativity, whether in quantum computing research, policy hackathons, or hands-on projects like stained glass and fabrication.
Through HTMAA, I’m excited to bring together my love of making, problem-solving, and experimenting with new tools. You'll find my weekly documentation here, along with reflections on what I’ve learned and created along the way.
