Bulk Squoosh: For compressing many images at once, compared to Squoosh, which is just one at a time.
Handbrake: Very useful tool for compressing videos, with many tweakable settings (for this class, 720p 30fps with no audio is usually best).
GLB to 3D Converter: Really helpful for exporting xTool's AI-generated 2D image to 3D model outputs into better formats for printing.
Vector Halftone Maker: I used this during vinyl cutting week, but is great for adding halftone effects to anything you need.
Machine Settings:
Laser Cutting: for cardboard, I used the xTool P2 laser cutter with 87% power, a speed of 37%, one pass, and a kerf compensation offset of 0.1mm.
Laser Engraving: for K9 inner carved glass on the xTool F2 Ultra UV, use 50% power, 180 dot duration, 0.05 layer height, 0.03 point spacing, and 40khz frequency.
