Tool rack

While Baksi doesn't have a tool installed, it can't move vertically. So the tool rack needs a lever that raises the tool, so that Baksi can grab it.

Maybe something like this:

The LEGO brick is a nice tool to explore mechanical concepts.

Translated into a 2D sketch. I haven't figured out the details yet.
