Unfortunately, this was the week that I had to pack up and leave campus due to the coronavirus. In all of the scrambling, I wasn't able to design or print a microfluidic chip. However, I was able to attend the lab session to perform the calculations for the cell-free transcription and translation. The necessary values are in a table below.
