Milling and stuffing a PCB board...

Hello Modela

Traces file: efficient nesting of 3 boards.

Origin low left.

Left-Right selective paths.

Cut out path.

Deeper cut and multiple passes to mill down the copper.

Misscalibration of the drill!!!

To avoid the drill not cutting homogeneusly through your whole board: First, move the tool head over an unused portion of your PCB, and move the head up. Loosen the collet. Remove the drill and change to another one. With the collet still loose, insert the new drill. Move the tool head down to exactly the Z = 0 position. Let the drill tip touch the PCB surface. With the tool head at Z = 0 and the drill tip resting on the PCB surface, tighten down.
