Our task was to build a mechanism of the spherical mirro reflection. I've ordered a 4inch gazing mirror from Amazon. Here's a design of the mirror mounting base. We used cardboards and lasercut them.

In order to understand the design space, I've put together a parametric model to simulate the reflection of light ray on a convex spherical mirror.
