unique joints

These joints and members were fabricated using the laser cutter. In the previous analysis, we attempted to print the parts from the Stratasys FDM and the ZCORP 3D printer, but because of the properties of the output materials, we weren't getting the accuracy and tolerance we needed. Therefore, our best choice was to laser cut these parts. This resulted in a very precise dimensions for the parts and the physical properties of acrylic gave the members and joints the flexibility to adjust and snap securely in place.
