Machine: MACRO PICK-AND-PLACE SYSTEM
This simulation describes the individual steps that the MPPS would approach in connecting the joints and members. The process shows that horizontal members can only be connected when there are two joints in placed. Therefore, the joints have to be located first, then follows the member. We discovered a high degree of error and difficulty when trying to connect the joint to the member. The reason was simply due to the unbalanced force of the overturning moment and lack of cantilever support.
