Assignment:

Detail a final project.

Project:

An Internet zero (I0) project.

• Research wireless transmission of the I0 impulses described in Neil Gershenfeld, Raffi Krikorian and Danny Cohen's October 2004 Scientific American article entitled The Internet of Things.

Tasks:

• Step 0 -  Recreate Neil's I0 circuit below - DC transmission.

• Step 1 - Recreate the I0 circuit using inductive coupling.  Expected wireless range on the order of few centimeters.

• Step 2 - Recreate the I0 circuit using resonator circuit at 13.56 MHz.  Anticipated range of a few meters.

• Step 3 - Send and receive the impulse signal using the results in Step 2 through an antenna system in the 2.4 GHz band to achieve tens of meters in range.
