Set-Up | Shopbot:
I used the Shopbot to mill the provided UPDI programmer interface starting by leveling a sacrificial surface.
Set-Up | Shopbot:
I learned to adjust the 1/64 inch end mill to meet the surface of the FR1 material using a 2 mil. paper to mill the traces and changed to a 1/32 inch end mill for the interior cut of the board.
PCB | Milling:
I milled two boards so I could practice soldering.
Set-Up | Soldering:
After some practice soldering in the Physics Shop I set up the soldering equipment in my home studio.
PCB | Soldering:
New to soldering, I stuffed two boards!
