About me

My name is Danny Solomon. I am an undergraduate senior at Harvard studying biomedical engineering. I love music. I have been a radio host at the WHRB every semester I have been in school. I love to cook and eat. I will eat anything, I mean anything. I have eaten fried pigs brain before. I am on the fencing team and have been fencing very competitively for the last 10 years and was an olympic hopefull. I am excited about taking this class because I feel like I have many good ideas that I want to prototype but I did not yet have the skills. I am really interested in wearable biosensors because I think it is awesome to be able to use insights from our body in our day to day life in a scientific way rather than a feeling way.

Fencing

Over the last 10 years I have had the oppurtunity to travel and compete nationally and internationally. I was able to meet and train with so many cool people and have experiences that have shaped who I am. The fencing team at Harvard has become some of my best friends and I was the captain of the team last year. Some of my favorite places I have traveled for fencing include Russia, Morocco, and France. Here is a video of my fencing.

Friends

These are 4 of my best friends. I have been living with three of them and have known the fourth since I was in my early teens. I am extremely lucky to have them in my life as they are always there for me.
