I've opted to modify the system design, positioning the xyz component higher up while situating the grinding area within a lower basin. This adjustment ensures the mechanical parts are protected and simplifies the management of coolant dispensing.

The Z axis is assembled, not yet tested.

X and Y axis frame is assembled, but it is sagging due to the weight.

All axis are assembled. Added a "buttress" to support the sagging.

   

Wiring the motors and power supply was very easy. TinyG has great support page to guide you through the process

   

CNCjs will control the system.
