Intelgamer was a spin off from NovaCentral and utilized many of the same people to create and populate the site. Intelgamer was a very early competitor to IGN and included everything gamers would need: cheats, news, previews, reviews, screenshots and walkthroughs. The original team consisted of five people, me being the sixth.

What I did

I was responsible for integrating the main login for the site with all future features that required a database to operate. This included message boards, a private messaging system, users game locker and a payment area for independent games. I was also responsible for building the community along with a few others. The site was in operation until 2002 and was eventually purchased and rolled into a larger gaming site.
