Modifying the mesh data
I realized that there are only a few options to edit .ply file which Sense application exports. I chose Blender. It took huge amount of time for me to learn what to do to get something I want to do.

I have not realized about the z-axis limitation before I launched and started to calculate paths on PartWorks 3D. Z-axis allowance seemed to be a bit more than 1.5 inches.

For comparison purpose, I also used Up! to print the same .stl model. It took 7 hours to print with ABS.
