Zivvy's attempts to make (almost) anything
Together we characterized the design rules for your PCB production process. We found an offset of 4 and depth of 0.004 inch worked best.
First I milled D11C serial board. Here are links to the board, components, top and interior. I used an offset of 2, a max depth of 0.012 inches, and a cut depth of 0.004 in mods.
Then a soldered on the resistors, capacitor, micro-controller and ports.
I cut away the copper when scraping the USB hub so I had to solder on a wire to fix it. I also accidently put on the micro controller on backwards and had to flip it using a heat gun adn braid.
