Week 8 - Output
Motors go brrrrmmm
This week was all about outputs. I decided to continue advancing with my final project, so I used the DC motors and drivers I need for it. This are VNH5019 Pololu drivers connected to Pololu DC motors.

How to get splinters almost everywhere
This week, we had to make something BIG with some real crappy material. I have beef with OSB, this Obviously Splintery Board. It has beef with me. I got splinters through gloves, by the lightest of touches, by just looking at it too long. I had more splinters that I could count and some of them might just be a part of me forever now. Others I have managed to successfuly pick. If you are reading this and have not worked with OSB before, heed my warning. It sucks. Get a tweezer handy. And for use in manufacturing, beware- the thicknesss is not homogenous. It chips. It splinters. It compresses. It laughs at your hubris, of thinking your carefully measured design will behave the way you intended. It will make you pay with blood.
I also made a shelf and it's cute. I want to make bigger shelf. With plywood or MDF or something that does not hate me.
Reinventing the buckle apparently
On week 2, we did 3d printing and scan.
Avoiding the mines
On week 2, we started embedded programming. I decided to make a minesweeper game using the QPAD-Xiao board with a RP2040.
