Week2

This week was learning how to mill and solder PCBs. I have been doing this for a long time, so I hope you will excuse me if this weeks documentation is a bit short...

Programmer

Neil was nice enough to give us the schematic and png-files to work directly with the milling machines. Having those it was a simple matter of producing the PCB, soldering it, and programming it with the firmware he provided.


I couldn't find a crystal in the correct package, so I hacked a through-hole-one on the board. It looks pretty nice anyway! :)
Also, just because I am more used it, I used AVRstudio to program the fuses and download the firmware on to the ATTiny.
