Playing with Wifi Module ESP8266-03

Circuit Design

I thought wifi module is really useful for communicating with device wirelessly.

I followed this tutorial for wiring.

The tx pin of FTDI pin connects to rx pin of the ESP8266-03, rx pin to tx pin.

And another thing is the this module can consume a lot power, I use 1A 3.3V regulator.

I also should put a diode in case if I flip the power pins, to prevent burnning out the pin.

I also modify Sam's code to connect my computer to ESP8266-03.

but I am not really successful in programming the software.
