HTML5 and Templates

Week 0

The page is a work in progress, but the process was much easier thanks to online templates from TEMPLATED. I used the Hielo template which came with the style sheets you see making this interface.

Through editing the text some of the format in Sublime Text I am learning about the quirks of HTML. As I get more comfortable with HTML I'll make more style changes and add videos but for now you are stuck with pictures and buttons.

The most difficult part of documenting each weekly assignment on this page is Git. Gitlab's sparse interface does little to instruct new users on proper workflow using Git, but Git is something I'll have to get more comfortable with and was a surprise 5th task for this Wednesday, along with learning vinyl cutting, laser cutting, CAD, and designing this page.
