  • Prosthetic hand manipulator

    A lot of soldiers in Ukraine have severe injuries including those requiring prosthetics. As a part of my impact in my country, I am working on this project to find a way of developing more affordable and functionable prosthetic hands.

Week 4 - Electronic design

This week was about diving down into hydrostone and replicable structures. The goal for the week was to make a chess set and to find out whether the game is worth the candles.

For this week I designed and constructed a Flow Wall Table - inspired by work of Robert van Embricqs, it is a foldable structure that can be stored vertically or unfolded.

Week 9 - Output Devices

Back to the parrot - having deterministic LED blinks is just fine, however, this week was about making a simple interface about controlling colors and their combinations through WiFi.

This week I tried to go closer to my final project - prosthetic hand. While learning about application interfaces, I was working on a simple gui to controle motion of the finger on my robotic hand.

Week 12 - Machine Building

This week EECS team built a DIY Nerf Gun (a machine that throws nerf darts when it detects a human) and says "don't dribble in". I had a lot of fun this week, working in the team!
